Listen for the mental model underneath what people say and do.
Hello, I’m Camille.
I turn tangled product problems into clear paths.
Senior Product Designer working across business strategy, research, complex workflows and the details that make a product feel obvious.

Complexity can be useful.
Confusion never is.
I enter where the product story is knotted:
- competing needs,
- technical constraints,
- unclear value,
- too many possible routes.
Then I look for the thread people can actually follow.
Make the business problem and the human problem visible together.
Prototype the smallest clear path, learn, and give the team a system to scale it.

Three products.
Three kinds of clarity.
Strategy, enterprise complexity and public trust, told through the decisions that changed what the product could do.
Changing the product’s direction and its value.
I helped Builda move from a content-led community to a fundraising platform built around high-intent actions: investing, matching and contributing.
Making technical complexity navigable.
I redesigned critical workflows so data engineers could build pipelines, install apps and diagnose incidents without losing the depth their work requires.
Making participation possible at national scale.
For the Grand Débat National, I translated institutional constraints into an accessible contribution experience for people unfamiliar with consultation tools.

About · 04
Sharp thinking.
Soft edges.
I’m Camille, a senior product designer with more than ten years across startups, enterprise software and public platforms. I care about useful work, kind collaboration and products that never make people feel foolish.
Drawing and design share the same habit: observe carefully, understand the structure, then remove what gets in the way without removing the life.
